By accessing or using the SaaS Wise Solutions website and products ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

SaaS Wise Solutions provides Salesforce-native applications, including:

  • GA Connect: A paid Salesforce application that integrates Google Analytics 4 data with your Salesforce org.
  • Attom Data Connect: A free Salesforce application that connects to the Attom API using your own API key to retrieve property data.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Salesforce org and any API keys used with our products.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Services.
  • You must not misuse our Services or attempt to access them using methods other than the interfaces we provide.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party APIs (such as the Attom API) complies with their respective terms of service.

4. Data and Privacy

Our products are designed to operate within your Salesforce environment. Data processed by GA Connect and Attom Data Connect is stored in your Salesforce org, not on our servers. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with SaaS Wise Solutions and its products are owned by SaaS Wise Solutions. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS Wise Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using our Services at any time by uninstalling the application from your Salesforce org.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
